I bring a very diverse background, education and experience to the field of Life and Wellness Coaching.
As a licensed psychotherapist, college instructor, business owner,  former radio and television host and author, my skills encompass dual training and coaching in public speaking, leadership techniques, family and relationship communication, group communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness.
My education, experience, interaction with and interviewing of other professionals in the healing arts fields, writing articles and speaking on alternative medicine and many other topics, hypnosis and hypnotherapy, psychological issues and marriage and family dynamics allows me to involve myself effectively in the co-creative process of personal growth, whether in business, teams, company projects, home life or especially in your own self-development with results that enable success.
