Group or team coaching involves 3-6 participants and sessions are conducted on the phone or via videoconferencing. Programs are conducted on a telebridge. When you have signed up for a program you receive the participation information and become part of the audience which participates actively or passively depending on the nature of the program. Programs may range from an hour to several weeks of sessions. Interviews with notable individuals on a variety of topics are part of the schedule.
